Instalco completed the acquisition of TelePatrol.

Instalco, a mechanical systems contractor, completed the acquisition of TelePatrol, a company specialised in installation and service of telecommunications, data networks, fibre and radio. Financial terms were not disclosed. “There is a strong underlying demand in the fibre market in Finland. Together with TelePatrol, we are strengthening our position in the fibre and data network area. TelePatrol has been collaborating with several Instalco companies, such as Telefuusio, for quite some time, which is something we will now be able to develop further,” Sami Vanhamaki, Instalco Business Area Manager for electrical installations, Finland.
