Elevance Health to acquire Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana.

Elevance Health, a lifetime, trusted health partner fueled by its purpose to improve the health of humanity, agreed to acquire Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, a tax-paying nonprofit health insurer.
