Kids Planet, a UK nursery group, completed the acquisition of Sunbeams Nursery Group, a day nursery and out of school club group, from Kate and Andrew Plews. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Sunbeams group of nurseries perfectly complement our own values and ethos, and place strong emphasis on providing enabling environments for each unique child.
