Boyne Capital to acquire Flatworld Solutions.

Boyne Capital, a Florida-based private equity firm, agreed to acquire Flatworld Solutions, a diversified outsourcing services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Flatworld's ability to consistently deliver high quality services across a breadth of sectors and high-quality differentiates them from their peers.
