Pritzker-backed Valicor Environmental Services completed the acquisition of Clean Water Environmental from Hunting Dog Capital.

Pritzker-backed Valicor Environmental Services, North America’s largest provider of non-hazardous wastewater treatment and recycling services, completed the acquisition of Clean Water Environmental, a provider of wastewater treatment and recycling services, from Hunting Dog Capital, a San Francisco-based private debt fund.
