Reynolds and Reynolds to acquire American Guardian Warranty Services.

Reynolds and Reynolds, a provider of automobile dealership software, services, and forms to help dealerships deliver better business results and transform the customer experience, agreed to acquire American Guardian Warranty Services, an innovative provider of administration services for Agents and Dealers offering vehicle protection products, limited warranties, and a variety of environmental and aftermarket products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Consumers are demonstrating that regardless of how they shop, they see growing value in F&I products.
