Eramet and Électricité de Strasbourg to form a joint venture.

Eramet, a French multinational mining and metallurgy company, and Électricité de Strasbourg, an electric services company, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This innovative and sustainable project is perfectly in line with our Group's strategy which aims to responsibly produce the metals necessary for the energy transition and strengthens French sovereignty and European for the supply of lithium, critical in the battery value chain.
