Integreon-backed NexKemia, a Canada-based expandable polystyrene manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Eco-Captation, an environment consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud to be welcoming Eco-Captation into the Integreon family, and look forward to growing as we learn from their substantial recycling expertise.
