HostPapa, a web hosting and cloud services provider, agreed to acquire the web hosting and logo design businesses of Deluxe, a payments and business technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “HostPapa is committed to further building on our expertise in providing exceptional solutions to small businesses and this transaction is a large step forward in our growth.
