VINCI Construction to acquire HJR Asphalt.

VINCI Construction, a construction engineering company, agreed to acquire HJR Asphalt, an asphalt contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition allows VINCI Construction to establish a permanent presence in the province of Saskatchewan, where it had previously operated from Alberta," VINCI Construction.
