Ironclad Environmental Solutions completed the acquisition of Adler Tank Rentals from McGrath for $265m.

Ironclad Environmental Solutions, a company in liquid and wastewater treatment, storage, and disposal solutions, completed the acquisition of Adler Tank Rentals, an environment services company, from McGrath, a business-to-business rental company, for $265m. “Regarding the sale of Adler, I cannot say enough good things about the team and I know being part of Ironclad will open up additional opportunities for growth.
