Sovereign's Capital completed the acquisition of Ascend Wireless Networks.

Sovereign's Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Ascend Wireless Networks, a company focused on wireless network communications contracting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We built Ascend Wireless over almost a decade to become one of the leading telecom services companies in the Southeast in the tower sector.
