Texas Pipe & Supply to acquire Industrial Valco.

Texas Pipe & Supply, a manufacturer of fittings and distribution of pipe, fittings, flanges, valves, and instrumentation tubing, in all grades, agreed to acquire Industrial Valco, a distributor of carbon fittings, flanges, and valves. Financial terms were not disclosed. Texas Pipe & Supply looks forward to working through this transition with its current and new customers as it continues to gain customers' trust with high-quality products and on-time deliveries.
