Adisseo, an expert in feed additives, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Nor-Feed, a developer and producer of natural feed additives for livestock based on plants and plant extracts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “NOR-FEED has solid fundamentals and our purpose is unique in the market. We have developed and registered botanical additives for animal nutrition that are safe, effective and manufactured in France within a structured CSR framework.
