APM, a human services provider, completed the acquisition of Everyday Independence, a provider of therapeutic supports, for $52m. “The acquisition of Everyday Independence aligns with our strategy to expand our Allied Health business in Australia as well as our NDIS service offering," Michael Anghie, APM Group CEO.
