HLD completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Infodis from LBO France.

HLD, a European investment group, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Infodis, a French specialist in IT infrastructure engineering and digital workplace, from LBO France, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We were won over by the very large quality of the Infodis Group management team, through its culture of performance operational and its ability to address the needs of large groups with excellence and flexibility of a growing medium-sized player.
