One Equity Partners-backed Trustmarque completed the acquisition of Livingstone Technologies.

One Equity Partners-backed Trustmarque, a provider of IT solutions and services, completed the acquisition of Livingstone Technologies, a global provider of software and cloud asset management and optimisation services, from Carlyle, a global investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today marks an exciting milestone, as we welcome the Livingstone team to Trustmarque. This acquisition will enable us to leverage the data-driven knowledge of Livingstone to benefit Trustmarque’s customers.
