Škoda Group, a automotive company that provides sales services for cars, completed the acquisition of Austria assets from Molinari Rail, a manufacturing, engineering & consulting company that produces rail vehicles & subsystems for domestic & international sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Last year, our group started significant changes to its organisational structure to expand into new markets and broaden its portfolio. This new acquisition is a clear demonstration of our work to strengthen the position of Škoda Group in Western European markets and fits in with our strategy. I am delighted that we have gained a team of 40 highly experienced designers with this acquisition," Mike Niebling, Škoda Group President of Region West.
