Credit Suisse Asset Management, an investment firm, and Trinity, a real estate investment firm, completed the acquisition of The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood from Brookfield for $835m. “I am delighted that we have been able to diversify our international real estate portfolio with such an iconic property.
