Polycor completed the acquisition of Ebel Quarries.

Polycor, a company with quarries and manufacturing plants, completed the acquisition of Ebel Quarries, a Canadian, American and French natural stones manufacturer for distributors, fabricators, architects and designers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Their quarries are a great stone for the building products industry, and that’s where our focus is. And they have a great stone. We love the peninsula and the stone industry that’s up there. When we’re looking to acquire, we look at both how well run is the business and how good is their stone source, their quarry. And they checked both those boxes,” Matt Howard, Polycor Co-Chief Operating Officer.
