MBO & Co and Wasjbrot Family Office to invest in Les Vacances Camping Paradis.

MBO & Co, a private equity firm that invests in high-potential mid-cap companies, and Wasjbrot Family OIffice, active in the leisure market, agreed to invest in Camping Paradis, one of the French players in the outdoor accommodation market. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We were impressed by the quality of the project carried by its management and the rapid development of Camping Paradis. MBO & Co will deploy all its know-how in primary operations in fast-growing companies, for the benefit of Camping Paradis, and will mobilise its expertise to accompany it in the next phase of its development.
