Reway Group completed the acquisition of the remaining 45% stake in Mautenzioni Generali Autostrade for €69m.

Reway Group, an Italian operator in the road and motorway infrastructure rehabilitation sector, completed the acquisition of the remaining 45% stake in Mautenzioni Generali Autostrade, a tunnels, bridges and motorway viaducts maker, for €69m. The operation, finalized in recent days after the green light given by the Extraordinary Meeting of Reway Group to the capital increase to service the deal, took place through an exchange of shares between the shareholders of the parent company Reway Group and the historic shareholders of minority of MGA.
