Synopsis
RealWear, an industrial wearable technology solution company, went public via a SPAC merger with Cascadia Acquisition, a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “RealWear’s mission is to engage, empower, and elevate frontline professionals around the world and across industries to increase productivity and enhance safety.
