Euroports completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Carbon Puerto Operaciones Portuarias.

Euroports, is a company that operates 20 terminals throughout continental Europe handling over 50m tonnes of diversified bulk commodities, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Carbon Puerto Operaciones Portuarias, a stowage and unloading operator, located in the Port of Seville. Financial terms were not disclosed.
