Conductor, an organic marketing platform, completed the acquisition of Searchmetrics, a global provider of data, advisory programmes, and software solutions for organic search. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Searchmetrics has been a competitor almost since we started Conductor, with a strong data foundation and a powerful presence in the European market.
