Bonfiglioli to acquire Selcom Group.

Bonfiglioli, an industrial machinery manufacturer, agreed to acquire Selcom Group, a designer and producer of electronic boards and products. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will increase Bonfiglioli's development capacity, guaranteeing greater production verticalization, higher competitiveness and stronger control of quality standards.
