Trillium Flow Technologies to acquire Coulter Valve Service.

Trillium Flow Technologies, a global manufacturer and aftermarket services provider of engineered valves and pumps, agreed to acquire Coulter Valve Service, a specialty valve field services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of CVS adds extraordinary talent and technical knowledge to our North American service team. Integrating CVS with our Ipswich, MA, USA service team will allow us to provide our customers with a greater level and range of services during their regularly planned maintenance cycles,” David Paradis, Trillium CEO.
