TDR Capital-backed BPP Education Group, a United Kingdom-based provider of professional and academic education, completed the acquisition of Digital Marketing Institute, a provider of digital marketing training and certifications, from Spectrum Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Digital Marketing Institute introduces a new vertical of programmes into the BPP portfolio.
