FNZ, a global wealth management platform, completed the acquisition of ifsam, a business-to-business fund platform based in Luxembourg. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition further strengthens FNZ’s global proposition for both asset managers and distributors, adding advanced product, research, data and service solutions to its existing end-to-end wealth management platform.
