Capitol Meridian Partners, a private investment firm, and The Sterling Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of PrimeFlight Aviation Services, a company provides air carriers and airports with a wide range of aircraft, passenger and security services, from Carlyle, a global investment firm.
