Prowess Advisors to acquire Acorn Consultants from Centrum Group.

Prowess Advisors, a food-and agri-business advisory services provider, agreed to acquire Acorn Consultants, a tax and legal consulting firm, from Centrum Group, a diversified financial services organization. Financial terms were not disclosed.
