VetPartners completed the acquisition of DirenDokters.

Synopsis

VetPartners, a Veterinarian company, completed the acquisition of DirenDokters, a veterinary group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have wanted to expand into the Netherlands for some time, and we first met Maico in 2018. We were looking for the right partner and we believe that DierenDokters is the good choice for our family of veterinary establishments," Jo Malone, VetPartners, CEO.
