Fagron, a provider of pharmaceutical compounding services to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and patients worldwide, completed the acquisition of Specialist Pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy specializing in human and veterinary prescriptions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of London Specialist Pharmacy allows us to enter the compounding market in the United Kingdom, further diversifying our EMEA footprint, whilst adhering to our disciplined acquisition strategy.
