Fras-le Oficial, a friction materials manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Juratek, a supplier of braking and suspension components, for £18.2m. "With this more strategic action, we reaffirm our position as one of the largest portfolios of brands for the auto parts aftermarket, expanding the model that has been working in Brazil to new markets, allowing even more growth, important operational synergies and adding value to our business and quality in the delivery of solutions to our customers," Sérgio L Oak, Fras-le President and CEO.
