DNV to acquire Nixu for €98m.

DNV, a global quality assurance and risk management provider, agreed to acquire Nixu, a cybersecurity services company, for €98m. “This announcement is consistent with our recently published ‘Next Nixu’ strategy and ambition. DNV and Nixu share similar Nordic roots and heritage in the business of trust. As DNV’s largest cybersecurity hub, Nixu’s employees will have a possibility to make a bigger impact for our joint clients’ future, through cybersecurity.
