Fort Point Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Yandell, a transportation, warehousing, logistics, and value-added service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Yandell is a well-established player in the wine logistics space and has built a strong reputation as a critical supply chain partner to the winery ecosystem.
