Main Capital Partners-backed ORIBI Groep, a multi-company umbrella organization, agreed to acquire Certwell, a documentation solutions firm that offers recording & validation of certifications to improve insight into employee compliance. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through this collaboration, we can offer an even broader product suite in the field of identity and access management.
