Arcapita Group Holdings completed the acquisition of DataFlow Group from EQT Private Equity.

Arcapita Group Holdings, the global alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of DataFlow Group, an international provider of credential verification services, from EQT Private Equity, a global investment organization.
