Klett Group-backed Kalaidos, an educational institutes operator, completed the acquisition of kiana group, a childcare services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction will enable kiana group to accelerate its growth journey and will enable Kalaidos to offer the full education journey – from nursery to university.
