Sun Pharma Laboratories completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Remidio Innovative Solutions Private for $19m.

Sun Pharma Laboratories, a company which carries out product development, process chemistry, and manufacture of complex formulations, active pharmaceutical ingredients and over-the-counter products, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Remidio Innovative Solutions, a company that provides innovative products enabling early detection of eye diseases, for $19m.
