Motherson to acquire SAS Autosystemtechnik.

Motherson, a manufacturer of wiring harnesses, plastic components and rearview mirrors for passenger cars, to acquire SAS Autosystemtechnik, a module systems company, from Faurecia, an automotive supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group a 100 % subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% stake in SAS Autosystemtechnik from Faurecia, a company of the FORVIA Group," Motherson.
