Lenus Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on healthcare investments, completed the acquisition of Medicadiz Hospital, a hospital in Colombia. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a fundamental part of our expansion plan as it allows us to significantly strengthen our healthcare network throughout the region. With an installed bed capacity of almost 1,000 beds and more than 3,000 direct employees, we will work on providing best in class healthcare services to the communities we serve,” Klaus Lederer, Lenus Capital Partners CEO.
