One Equity Partners-backed RSI Chemicals completed the merger with Imperative Chemical Partners.

One Equity Partners-backed RSI Chemicals, an oilfield service company focusing on formulating, manufacturing and providing customized specialty oil and gas chemicals, completed the merger with Imperative Chemical Partners, a provider of specialty chemicals.
