Imperative Chemical Partners completed the acquisition of RSI.

Imperative Chemical Partners, a provider of production and completion chemical, acid stimulation, completed the acquisition of RSI, a vertically integrated chemical services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With both companies' positive trajectories, Imperative has increasingly competed with RSI in the market.
