OceanSound Partners-backed RMA Group completed the acquisition of GeoTest Services.

OceanSound Partners-backed RMA Group, a civil engineering firm serving California, completed the acquisition of GeoTest Services, a provider of comprehensive suite of services to help our clients with any of their project needs, from design to completion. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of GeoTest supports our strategic expansion in the Pacific Northwest, following our prior acquisition of Northwest Geotech in Oregon. GeoTest’s leadership in building envelope and fenestration testing services, expertise in the petrochemical end-market, and advanced lab capabilities enables significant cross-sell opportunities across the RMA companies.
