Fondo Italiano and Eulero Capital to acquire HNH Hospitality from Siparex.

Fondo Italiano, an asset management company, and Eulero Capital, an investment firm, agreed to acquire HNH Hospitality, an independent hotel operator, from Siparex, a private equity investment group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The investment in HNH Hospitality marks Fondo Italiano's entry into tourism, one of the priority strategic sectors identified in the 2022-2025 Business Plan, in which Italy can potentially express a leadership of sheer excellence.
