Bucher Municipal, a municipal based platform offering cleaning services, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in SSV Environnement, a service and rental solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition strengthens Bucher Municipal’s customer support in the market with additional service operations, and its market presence by gaining a substantial share of the growing rental market in France," Bucher Municipal.
