Halliburton, a provider of products and services to the energy industry, and Siguler Guff, a multi-strategy private markets investment firm, formed Envana Software Partners, a joint venture that provides critical emissions management software-as-a-service solutions to track greenhouse gas emissions in the oil and gas industry and beyond. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Envana provides breakthrough SaaS emissions management solutions and is the latest example of how innovation adds to sustainability in the oil and gas industry. Envana Catalyst provides digital solutions to generate actionable recommendations for emissions improvement throughout the asset lifecycle," Rami Yassine, Halliburton Senior Vice President.
