Webster Equity Partners-backed US Pediatric Partners, a pediatric healthcare organization, completed the acquisition of Pediatric Affiliates, a large, New Jersey-based pediatric network. Financial terms were not disclosed. The partnership will enable Pediatric Affiliates to expand its differentiated, outcome driven approach to pediatric care across the Northeast and beyond.
