PIB Group, an insurance brokerage firm, completed the acquisition of Privat Asesoramiento Correduría de Seguros, a Spanish insurance brokerage agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I’m very excited to welcome another excellent business to our Spanish division within PIB Group.
